Yolanda Cosby received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in special education from Hampton University. She earned her Master’s Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from Old Dominion University. After several years of teaching in Virginia, Yolanda pursued her Administrator Certification from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. She has served in various leadership positions within Prince George’s County Public Schools. Currently, she serves as a Vice Principal at Parkdale High School in Riverdale, Maryland.
Passionate about helping children and adults with autism, Yolanda has worked as a volunteer ambassador for Autism Speaks and consumer reviewer for the Department of Defense Autism Research Program. Yolanda is also a member of the Rho Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Wake Robins Women’s Golf Club.

Terri Siegel is the Owner & President of Monarch Senior Services, LLC, & KIDSPORTATION, Inc. Mrs. Siegel has a record of exceptional leadership & strategic vision in the medical practice environment. She is a fellow Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Managers Associations Locally & Nationally. Other Memberships included the Lions Club Bowie Chapter.
Her past positions include Director of Operations, Practice Administrator & Chief Operating Officer in Ophthalmology, Endocrinology & Family practice. She has managed multiple locations & Several employees, She has additional experience in Finance, Human Resources & Marketing.
As the leader of Monarch Charities, Inc, Terri had the motivation, desire, and most of all the compassion to develop Monarch Charities in an effort to change communities that would lend itself to the proper care of seniors & the success of children and young adults.
Nichelle ChestnutBoard Secretary
Nichelle Chestnut is a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a degree in English – Concentrating in Communications. Nichelle has over 35 years of experience in the Administrative field. She has worked for Raytheon Technologies for over 15 years and Applied Information Technologies, Inc. for over 6 years as an Executive Assistant and Staffing Coordinator.
Nichelle has a natural skill and desire to help others and organize. Nichelle is also the CEO of All Star Mentoring, Inc. created to support young female athletes become productive young women outside of sports.
Chaitra ChambersBoard Treasurer
Chaitra is a former teacher that holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Catholic University of America. Her accounting and administration career spans over 20 years with a focus on supporting medium-sized, high-impact, growing firms. Chaitra has been a very active volunteer and substitutes teacher in Prince George’s County Public Schools.
Chaitra is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French and has a passion for traveling with students in hopes of inspiring them to share what they can offer with the world.
Robert Hagans Board Member
Mr. Robert is a senior executive with 40 years of progressive financial, administrative, & operational management.
He serves on the boards of Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, Industrial Bank as Treasurer, & The Joint Center for Political & Economic Studies as Chair of the Audit Committee. Previously, he served on the board for the State of Maryland Retirement & Pension System, The National Institute for Science & Technology, Children’s National Medical Center as Treasurer, The Prince George’s County Police & Fired Pension Plan & The State of MarylandLocal Government Insurance Trust.
Mr. Hagans currently is The Chief Financial Officer for The National Association of Counties. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at AARP.
Jalan Cary CosbyBoard Member
Jalan Cosby is a 2021 high school graduate from CMIT North High School in Laurel Maryland. He plans to graduate from college with a degree in Game Art Design. Jalan has served in a variety of leadership positions both in and outside of school. He is currently serving as the President of the Landover/Hyattsville Chapter of Kappa League in Maryland.
Outside of school, Jalan enjoys music production, chess, and participating in gaming tournaments.

Kelly Burnette earned an Associate’s Degree in general studies from Saint Paul College in Lawrence, Virginia. Kelly has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Leadership. He has worked as a Network Engineer for Prince Georges County Public Schools and DC Government.
Kelly has a natural ability of creativity and innovation to conceive fresh new ideas needed to stay abreast in the fast-changing world of technology. Kelly has a love for children and enjoys inspiring them to explore careers in the technological landscapes.
